Alain Roman: Miami Estate Planning Attorney
Alain Roman was born in Havana, Cuba, and grew up in Miami, Florida. From a very young age, Mr. Roman knew he wanted to become an attorney. Mr. Roman has much love and affection for his parents, as they have been very influential in Mr. Roman’s upbringing and have provided Mr. Roman with core values to live by. Mr. Roman attended Florida International University where he received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science while working full-time in the insurance business.
Mr. Roman received his law degree with the highest honors from St. Thomas University School of law where he graduated 2nd in his class. Mr. Roman was a Member and an Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review where Mr. Roman assisted other students and authors publish scholarly articles. Mr. Roman also receive a certificate in Tax law and participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. After his new-found passion for tax law, Mr. Roman went on to obtain his Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law.
Mr. Roman has been practicing law in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship. As a Miami estate planning attorney, Mr. Roman is passionate about assisting clients grow and protecting them against the unexpected. Mr. Roman is a student of the law and is always learning new ways to help out his clients. Mr. Roman is fluent in Spanish.
